An agreement is established when we send a message to the organiser by mail/phone. The day of receipt of the mail / telephone order counts as the day of realisation of the agreement. We make every effort to reply as soon as possible. If you have not heard anything by mail or telephone within a few days, please contact us again.
Modification of agreement
Modification of the tour or arrangement is usually possible. We always try to find a suitable solution. If we have already incurred costs and you wish to cancel or change within 10 days before the start of the tour or arrangement, we will charge the costs incurred.
Participation in the tour or arrangement is at your own risk. Naturally, we provide everything as safely as possible. Should a tour or arrangement not be able to take place due to unforeseen circumstances or have to be cancelled early, we will reimburse at most the agreed price in accordance with the confirmation.
In accordance with the terms and conditions as stated on the invoice/confirmation.
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint, you can e-mail us about it and we will do our best to find a suitable solution together with you.
